We collect this information in the "Professional Status Declaration" form when you sign up for real-time data. We also collect the timestamp of any updates you make to this information. • Employer information
• Job function
• Company name
Signed agreements:
• Non-Professional and Professional Subscribers: Agreement to the Subscriber Agreement can be provided electronically. We collect with a timestamp of when the agreement was submitted for auditing purposes.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our Services, including login times, page views, and feature usage;
• Device Information: Information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers;
• Optional Data: Any additional information you provide through surveys, feedback, or customer support inquiries.
You may provide us with your personal information in a number of ways, including, without limitation, when you:
• use the App/Website/Discord;
• request support;
• contact us directly in person or via any medium, including but not limited to by mail, telephone, and commercial electronic messages;
• communicate with us for any matters and interact with or browse the App/Website generally.

• Verify your status as a professional or non-professional subscriber as required under regulatory and contractual obligations
• Ensure accurate billing based on your subscriber classification
• Report your subscriber details (e.g., name, address, employer, job function, and agreement status) to OPRA as required
• Fulfill OPRA's monthly and periodic reporting obligations for compliance
• Maintain compliance with OPRA regulations and vendor agreements
• Keep historical records of form updates and timestamps for auditing purposes
• Provide and improve our Services
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Respond to your inquiries and support requests
• Send account-related notifications or updates
• Analyze usage trends to improve the functionality of the Services
• Protect our rights and safety as well as rights and safety of our users and third parties
• Prosecute and defend a court, arbitration, or similar legal proceeding
3. No Sharing or Selling of Personal Information
Professional and non-professional classification data will only be shared with OPRA and other relevant entities to comply with vendor agreements and regulatory requirements.
